Leaks

Leaks can occur in any of your plumbing appliances. Your kitchen sinks, bathroom sinks, bathtubs and showers, toilets, washing machine, and drain pipes all are vulnerable. Not all leaks are visible, too. Signs that you have a leak are low water pressure and higher water bills.

Blockages

Your drain pipes are vulnerable to blockages if you do not take good care of them. Make sure to avoid throwing coffee grounds, grease, oil, paint, and other thick liquids down the drain. Don’t flush anything other than toilet paper and waste down your toilet. Clean hair out of the shower and bath.

Burst Pipes

For homes in areas that experience below-freezing temperatures, burst pipes are a serious threat. Frozen water expands in the pipes leading to a messy and expensive problem. Make sure to leave your heater on throughout the winter to avoid this.
