3. Hydrogen peroxide disinfectant. Hydrogen peroxide is also used in many professional settings because it is a high-level disinfectant. Hydrogen peroxide is known to cause far fewer allergic reactions than alternative disinfectants, and it is sometimes combined with colloidal silver to improve its effectiveness. As a result, hydrogen peroxide is a common room disinfectant and medical sterilant.

Although germs are nearly everywhere, multi-surface disinfectants are used to kill 99.99% of bacteria and germs from the typical surface. Organic disinfectant spray, bleach, and hydrogen peroxide, for example, are three common disinfectants that achieve this goal.
