First things first, the most common winter pest is cockroaches. Did you know that about 63% of homes in the U.S contain cockroaches? They can spread up to 33 bacterias and six kinds of parasitic worms. Another common pest is the silverfish. This pest can survive almost any climate and can actually stay active outside of the winter months. These creatures are hard to miss because they are usually not out and about. They like to feed off of paper items and glue.
